We understand that for most of the population, ordering flowers doesn't occur on a regular basis. And even for those that are regulars, sometimes ordering online can be a “not so simple” task.  To ease some of your concerns, we've got your most frequently asked questions (FAQ) below.



Do you have all the product shown on your website?      No. Our website is a Teleflora website which features their arrangements and products (vases, containers, etc). We carry many of their products, as well as our own, but we can't possibly keep everything in stock at all times. The same goes for flowers - flowers come in and out of season and our coolers couldn't contain all these beautiful blooms! We will create your arrangement as similar as we possibly can, maintaining the look and color harmony requested. Our website is best used to get an idea of what you like and we'll work with you personally over the phone to customize your arrangement.

Is ordering online the best way to order?      That depends. As explained above, whatever you order will be made as similar as we possibly can with the flowers we have in stock. If that sounds good to you, then ordering online is no problem. However, if you would like a better idea of what will be sent then we recommend the following: use the website for ideas first and then give us a call so that we can coordinate your arrangement with you. This will give you the best results for your order.

How large is this arrangement?       This is very important. All Teleflora arrangements on our website are marked with sizes, but its easily missed. Be sure to look underneath the picture in the box with the descriptive text - there you will find size information. Some of the sizes appear larger in the picture than in reality, so always be aware!

 What's the difference between regular and deluxe pricing?     Typically, the difference is a few more flowers. The larger the price difference, the more (or higher quality) flowers are used.

Are timed deliveries guaranteed when ordering online?      Unfortunately,  no. We do our best to get your order to its destination as soon as possible or by the requested time with any order. However, sometimes we already have several orders ahead or the order is not placed with enough time for us to complete it. Please give us a call for these special circumstances to double check the delivery won't be a problem, and we would be more than happy to take care of it for you.
